In 2003   

    Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. was established on 25 Dec. 2003 with registered capital 150 million yuan. Mr. XiaoShengli was appointed to be Chairman of the Board of Directors and deputy to legal person.

In 2004

    A grand ceremony for unveiling a monument of foundation of Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. was held on 28 March 2004 with more than 160 enterprises being present and attendance in total over 370, among them the leaders were such as Mr. YuZhongyu, Board Chairman of China Semiconductor Industry Association, Mr. RenJidong, Director of State Economic & Trade Commission of Gansu Province, Mr. LiNingping, President of Gansu Electricpower Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Mr. ZhangJinliang, Secretary of CPC Committee of Tianshui City and Mr. ZhaoChun, Mayor of People¡¯s Government of Tianshui City.

    The company passed the examination and approval for the quality management system by Shanghai Belling Co., Ltd. and Siemens on 17 ¡«21 May 2004.

    Packaging Technology Forum of CSIA Packaging & Assembly Branch was held in Tianshui City Gansu Province China on 23th ¡«25th June 2004 with Huatian hosting the meeting.

In 2005

    No.9££ new building of the company with total area 8625 square meters is being put into production on 17 February 2005 and No.2 manufacturing department has gone into operation on whole production line.

    The stockholders¡¯ meeting of the company in 2004 was held on 6 April with shareholders, directors, supervisors and intermediate organs be present, Chairman of the Board, Mr. XiaoShengli presiding over the conference.

    The 7th meeting of the first board of directors of Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd was held on 16 October 2005 in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

    The company was awarded the environmental management system certificate by CSQA on 28 November 2005.

In 2006

    Xiao Shengli, Chairman of the Board, was honored the pioneer of semiconductor corporation in 2004¡«2005 pioneer of China semiconductor corporations through appraisal, which was held by China Semiconductor Industry Association, China Electronic Information Ministry and China Electronics Newspaper Office.

    Mr. XiaoShengli, Chairman of the Board, was awarded ¡°a title of one of ten top technical innovation organizers¡± by CPC Committee of Tianshui City and People¡¯ Government of Tianshui City.

    Mr. LiuJianjun, President of Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. was chosen the model worker of Tianshui City. A grand 4th meeting of Tianshui City for praising the model workers was held at Qinzhou Big Theatre on 26 April 2006.
